Finance Officer 

Kristie Edwards is the Finance Officer for the Centre.  Kristie is responsible for maintaining financial, accounting, administrative and personnel services in order to meet legislative requirements that support the effective operation of the Charleville Neighbourhood Centre's financial processes.

 

Kristie is responsible for preparing financial statements, maintaining cash controls, preparing the payroll and personnel administration, purchasing, maintaining accounts payable and managing office operations.  She also liaises and provides financial information to Government Departments, the Centre Coordinator, Auditors and relevant staff as well as the Management Committee of the Charleville and District Community Support Association Incorporated.

Administration Officer

 

Julie Cox is the Administration Officer at the Neighbourhood Centre.  Julie's main role is to provide administrative support to the Home Modifications, Home Maintenance, Home Assist Secure, and Murweh Meals services and their respective Field Officers. This ensures that the conditions, provisions and guidelines of these services are effectively complied with, and delivered to the target client groups and relevant Government Departments.
